The Clarity Practice is designed to help you become an embodied, adaptable human. We bring together functional strength training, Fascial Stretch Therapy, and performance coaching to help you move and operate at a higher level.

As a movement specialist with over a decade of experience, I look at the full picture of how you function. Not only can we improve how strong or flexible you are, but how your habits, stress patterns, and decision-making show up in your body and performance.
The integration of these different modalities helps us bridge the gap from awareness to action. When you understand how you naturally operate, you can train smarter, move more efficiently, and make better decisions.

Strength + Mobility
Strength training builds the foundation for resilience. Flexibility and mobility ensure that strength can be expressed safely and efficiently. When these systems work together, your body becomes more adaptable and far less prone to injury.
Whether you are an endurance athlete, power athlete, rotational sport athlete, or someone simply wanting to move and feel better, our work focuses on creating a body that can handle the demands placed on it.

Fascial Stretch Therapy
Fascial Stretch Therapy is a pain-free assisted stretching method that improves mobility, restores function, and helps unwind tension patterns in the body. Using breath, traction, and gentle stabilization, we work with your nervous system and fascial network to increase flexibility while creating a deeply restorative experience.
Sessions are customized to your body and goals and often include education on how to maintain the benefits between visits.

Performance & Clarity Coaching
Your physical patterns often mirror your cognitive and behavioral patterns. Through applied reflection, somatic awareness, and tools like the Birkman assessment, we explore how stress and decision-making influence the way you move through the world. This work bridges movement and mindset, helping you operate with greater efficiency, clarity, and intention.

Hey there! My name is Joanna Riggle. I am a Movement and Integration Specialist with 10+ years of experience in bodywork, training, and coaching. I am a CSCS, FST L3 practitioner, and a Birkman Certified Professional.
